This Destination Hotel is amping up its splendid setting by adding a 2,500-square-foot, open-air pavilion with jaw-dropping views of Columbia River Gorge. The $1.5 million investment will feature fire pits and cafe lighting for corporate events and other gatherings. Booking begins in summer 2019. The 175-acre resort, less than an hour from Portland, offers 254 guest rooms and a 22,000-square-foot conference center.
