Ariana Reed has over 15 years of experience across various roles within the meetings, events, and hospitality industries, including account, hotel, and project management. She has managed accounts with a focus in the pharmaceutical sector and provided strategic and operational direction for global meetings programs through driving adoption, governance, compliance, financial controls, savings, and superior customer service.

Andrew Hoag has 19 years of experience in the meetings & events industry.  He has worked as an AV Technician, a Project Manager, a Tour Manager, an Entrepreneur, a Technical Director, and a Director of Regional Operations. During that time, he supported and produced hundreds of events across the world, created two businesses from the ground up with successful exits, negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts with hoteliers and agencies, and managed a $60M/year business. In his current role as Category Manager with Biogen, he collaborates with internal stakeholders and agency partners to lead project scope development, manage go-to-market activities, drive contract negotiations, and strengthen Biogen’s strategic meetings framework. He is also sharing his experience across the industry through education sessions with organizations like MPI, Smart Meetings, Pharma Forum, GBTA, SITE, and others.
