Atlantic City’s bold new chapter for meetings and events

Atlantic City has always known how to make a splash. From its iconic Boardwalk to its world-class resorts, this seaside city has been welcoming dreamers, doers and dealmakers for more than a century. Now, with a renewed focus on meetings and conventions, it’s doubling down on what planners value most: access, authenticity and all the essentials in one convenient, unforgettable place.

That’s the idea behind Visit Atlantic City’s current campaign, Everything You Need, All in One City. With more than 17,500 hotel rooms, 1.8 million sq. ft. of meeting space and 48 blocks of food and experiences to explore, the city proves you really can have it all—without having to spread your group across zip codes.

A Bold Vision for 2026

Anthony Molino, vice president of sales

Leading this next wave of innovation is Anthony Molino, Visit Atlantic City’s new vice president of sales. Appointed in July, Molino brings deep industry roots and a fresh, forward-thinking energy to the city’s meetings scene. His 2026 initiatives aim to redefine Atlantic City as a premier destination where collaboration, creativity and community converge.

Molino’s roadmap includes launching a Customer Advisory Board to keep planners at the center of every conversation, expanding into new markets and amplifying local engagement through community partnerships. Add to that a growing list of revitalization and development projects (plus an inspired approach to integrating leisure with business events) and the picture becomes clear: Atlantic City isn’t just evolving, it’s re-imagining the entire event experience.

“Atlantic City has all the ingredients to be a powerhouse for meetings and events,” Molino says. “Our goal is to combine those assets in ways that surprise and delight both planners and attendees.”

Close, Connected and Effortlessly Cool

Few destinations can boast Atlantic City’s level of connectivity. Located within a few hours’ drive of nearly one-third of the nation’s population and 20% of its business addresses, the city sits just 60 miles from Philadelphia, 125 miles from New York City and 175 miles from Washington, D.C.

Once you’re here, getting around is a breeze. The Atlantic City International Airport is 12 miles away, while Philadelphia International, served by over 30 airlines, offers another easy gateway. The Atlantic City Rail Terminal connects directly to the Convention Center, and eco-friendly Jitneys run throughout town for just $3 a ride. (Prefer a Boardwalk breeze? Hop on the tram for $5 and enjoy ocean views on the way to your next session.)

From Sessions to Shorelines

When meetings wrap, the fun begins. Atlantic City offers nine casino resorts, nine sportsbooks, 13 championship golf courses within a 30-minute drive and more than five miles of the world-famous Boardwalk—ranked No. 1 in the U.S. by Fodor’s Travel—plus white-sand beaches just steps away.

It’s hard to imagine a destination more perfectly balanced between business and pleasure, old-school charm and modern momentum. For planners seeking everything they need (meeting space, entertainment, accessibility and a little seaside sparkle), Atlantic City truly delivers All in One City.
