Heather is a frequent speaker and MC. She is on the board of SVC, ASBC and is a strategic advisor to the Women Founders Foundation.
  • Carl Winston is Director of the Payne School of Hospitality at San Diego State, founding managing director of the China Hospitality Education Initiative and lead academic advisor to the J. Willard & Allice S. Marriott Foundation.
