Bonni Scepkowski, is a seasoned and innovative meeting and event planning professional with over 30 years of experience designing and executing impactful programs in the life sciences and technology sectors. Since founding Stellar Meetings & Events in 2000, she has been at the forefront of strategic meeting planning, seamlessly managing everything from educational and CME programs to incentive trips and team-building events. Her expertise lies in creating customized, high-impact solutions that align with client objectives while maintaining impeccable attention to detail and financial oversight.
Prior to founding Stellar Meetings & Events, Bonni served as the Director of Meetings at Amersham/Pharmacia (now GE Healthcare), where she built and led the meeting planning department, overseeing 100+ annual events for groups ranging from 10 to 5,000 attendees. Her earlier role as Travel Manager at Travel One (now American Express) honed her negotiation and coordination skills, setting the stage for her success in the industry.
Wendy Porter is the founder and chief event strategist at Wendy Porter Events LLC, a Minneapolis-based events agency. An award-winning industry leader, Wendy was recently honored with the 2024 Smart Women in Meetings Visionary Award.
