Uncertain times call for careful contract language. Entering into discussions with hotels, AV and catering companies with an understanding of your priorities and how other meeting professionals are managing risk could eliminate headaches when surprises happen and elevate your profile as a savvy broker. We asked two of the best to share their tips for finding win-win solutions in a VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity)-proof contract.

You will learn:

  • How to approach negotiations and relationship-building with a constructive mindset.
  • What is up for negotiation and what will be a harder lift.
  • What clauses can protect your program from surprises.
