Hyatt Place & Hyatt House Denver Downtown

The state capital of Colorado is getting two new properties when Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Denver Downtown open this month, two blocks from Colorado Convention Center. The project, which features 361 guest rooms, marks one of the first dual-branded Hyatt properties under one roof.

Hyatt Place is designed for business and tech-savvy travelers. Hyatt House is an extended-stay property for short- and long-term visits to Denver. Property highlights include local art, Rocky Mountain views, a shared F&B outlet featuring craft brews and 4,800 sq. ft. of meeting space.

Formerly The Ritz-Carlton Phoenix, the rebranded Camby Hotel will open in December following a multimillion-dollar renovation. It will be Arizona’s first luxury hotel from Marriott International’s Autograph Collection. The hotel name is inspired by Camelback Mountain.

There will be 277 guest rooms and more than 20,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Among the other upgrades are a new restaurant and two bars, a rooftop pool and bar area, a boutique spa and an expanded contemporary fitness center. Guests can take advantage of nearby hiking, shopping at Biltmore Fashion Park and proximity to the Phoenix financial district.

Expect this property to be a happening hotel for those meeting at Moscone Center, which is only three blocks away. Food and drinks will be served in the lobby, there will be fitness and business centers, and digital games and information boards will provide conduits for interaction and connecting.
