Hyatt Regency Chicago has completed a multi-year, $200 million renovation that transformed all 2,032 guest rooms and suites, major ballrooms and meeting spaces throughout the property.

The final phase unveiled a reimagined 24,000-square-foot grand ballroom featuring customizable LED ceiling panels, a nearly 7,000-square-foot foyer, digital branding capabilities and updated breakout spaces. Located along the Chicago River, the hotel now offers enhanced functionality and contemporary design across its 240,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, reinforcing its position as one of the nation’s premier convention hotels.
Fairmont Waterfront

Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver has completed the first phase of a multi-year renovation that will refresh all 489 guest rooms and public spaces by 2029. The initial phase transformed 96 guest rooms on the hotel’s top four floors, introducing a design inspired by Vancouver’s waterfront, forests and mountain landscapes.

Updates include flexible furnishings, upgraded technology, Fairmont Signature Beds and elevated bath amenities. Future phases will renovate Fairmont Gold accommodations, the lobby, rooftop pool area and ARC Restaurant + Bar.
The Westin Nashville

The Westin Nashville has completed a $13.5 million renovation across its 456-room property. Guest rooms and suites received new hardwood flooring, contemporary furnishings and refreshed interiors, while suites now feature dedicated dining and living spaces ideal for extended stays and small meetings.
Meeting venues, including the Boardroom and Radnor spaces, were upgraded with new technology, seating and finishes. Located adjacent to Music City Center, the hotel’s enhancements strengthen its appeal for Nashville’s growing convention and group business market.
Hilton Los Angeles Airport

Hilton Los Angeles Airport has completed a $50 million renovation, one of the largest investments in the property’s history.
The redesign modernized all 1,234 guest rooms with contemporary furnishings, upgraded bathrooms, enhanced technology and refreshed layouts designed for comfort and efficiency. The property also features 55,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
