This waterfront property recently completed the first phase of its renovation, upgrading its 97,000 sq. ft. of meeting space in its Marina Tower, which includes a 20,000-square-foot addition with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlooks the harbor and downtown San Diego. Phase two and three of the renovation, connecting the meeting spaces to general design of its Marina Tower, is slated for completion mid-2022. The property has a total 130,000 sq. ft. of outdoor-indoor meeting space.
The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans
The 6,500-square-foot Residence suite has arrived at this French Quarter property, totaling more than 35,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. This indoor-outdoor space features two bedrooms, living room, dining rooms, kitchen and a 3,500-square-foot private terrace. The 527-room hotel has also redesigned its spa—the largest in the city—replete with 25,000 sq. ft. of space across 22 treatment rooms, salon and relaxation areas.
AC Hotel St. Louis Central West End
Seven stories and an additional 192 guest rooms have been added to St. Louis in the form of AC Hotel’s first property in the city. Although the on-site meeting property is only 1,003 sq. ft., the property partners with neighboring Italian restaurant Edera Italian Eatery, which can accommodate up to 170 people. The hotel is also home to AC Kitchen, which serves meats, cheeses and pastries, and AC Lounge, which serves craft beer, cocktails and small plates.
