Huffington Post and Yelp teamed up to bring an extensive list of the most common cuisines in each state. Using information from public records and data from restaurant listings, Yelp “calculated the percentage of total restaurants each cuisine represented in a given state.” Although you might think American staples such as hot dogs and hamburgers make the top of the list, you are in for surprise because each state has its own sense of flavor.
