As Senior Global Sales Director for Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection and 37-year Hyatt veteran, Melissa Daniels leads a team of 13 across the U.S. and Latin America. Since starting her career as a corporate management trainee at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio, she has held progressive roles in sales from meetings connections manager to sales manager corporate/association Midwest market and global sales director of strategic accounts for Hyatt’s top incentive houses. Prior to July 2024, she exclusively managed the Maritz account and thrice received its Supplier of the Year award. Melissa is a Texas native and graduate of Baylor University.
