Stephanie Harris
is president of Incentive Research Foundation (IRF). She oversees its strategic and operational initiatives to advance global research on the impact and effective use of incentives. She previously held senior roles at American Express Meetings & Events, where she developed the industry-defining Global Meetings Industry Forecast, and at Maritz, where she deepened her expertise in motivation, rewards, and travel. Harris has also served on multiple industry boards, including MPI Foundation, Events Industry Council, and the Incentive Federation, and is a Smart Women in Meetings award recipient.
