She is an international speaker and consultant, SEARCH Foundation chairwoman and Lecturer at The International School of Hospitality in Las Vegas.
Michele Polci is director of citywide catering sales for Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas oversees the sales effort for all catered events across one and a half million square feet of banquet and event space across nine Las Vegas properties. Polci leads a team of 11 sales people who specialize in corporate, convention affiliate and social catering events business.
Evan Carbotti and his wife, Ingrid Adolphs live in Newport Rhode Island with Little Baby Enzo. He is a designer at Perfect Surroundings International event planning company. As a firm believer that an active and healthy life-style yields a happy, productive and more creative life, Evan continually makes an effort to get outside and explore the world, pursing a healthy mind and body. Ingrid was born in Bogota, Colombia and after attaining a hospitality degree from Florida International University, started in the industry at Four Seasons Hotel Miami before moving on to Sol Melia Hotels and Resorts Americas. She leads Carbotti XP’s creative marketing and business strategies, and plays an integral part in all concept development.
Thuy Diep is a senior creative strategist, partnerships manager, human connector and free agent. She is the co-host of Event Brew Podcast, 2019-2021 member of the international board of directors for Search Foundation and 2019-2020 international committee for professional development with ILEA HQ.
