  • Heather Mason is CEO of Caspian Agency. Her expertise in the innovation and social good business space have led to successful projects for world renowned organizations like Skoll Foundation, Oxford University, Rockefeller Foundation, United Nations & Participant Media. Heather’s Caspian 10 Essentials methodology, adopted as featured cirricula in the San Diego State University Masters in Events Program, where she is also an instructor. Heather is a frequent speaker and MC. She is on the board of SVC, ASBC and is a strategic advisor to the Women Founders Foundation.
  • Carl Winston is Director of the Payne School of Hospitality at San Diego State, founding managing director of the China Hospitality Education Initiative and lead academic advisor to the J. Willard & Allice S. Marriott Foundation.
