It’s time to add another image to the picture in your mind: “Luxury.” Yes, guests at Smart Meetings’ recent Luxury Experience were treated to an agenda that included gourmet meals, waterfront suites and world-class entertainment. That pampering chef’s kiss was just a taste of what is possible in Central Florida.

The map of Michelin Guide Restaurants stretches from Norigami sushi bar in Winter Garden and Kai Asian Street Fare in Winter Park to Bacán at Lake Nona Wave Hotel and Toledo Tapas, Steak & Seafood at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Think flautas de pato and fireworks.

Center Stage
Orlando offers front-row seats to a creative collaboration between Cirque du Soleil and Disney. Drawn to Life at Disney Springs is a vivid coming-of-age story that incorporates music, dance, gymnastics, synchronized unicycles and a wheel of death.
Another singing venue is the Timucua Arts Foundation, a 100-seat living room concert hall in the South of Downtown (SoDo) District, featuring everything from award-winning jazz artists to Indigenous and classical music. The area hosts art shows and film festivals and is the site of the Pulse Interim Memorial.
If dancing is on the menu, Mango’s Tropical Café on International Drive offers salsa music downstairs and an exquisite upstairs dining experience. A buyout can accommodate up to 3,000.
