As a corporate or association meeting planner, you have a lot on your plate—content, marketing, event design—often with a small team. You don’t have to go it alone or rely on artificial intelligence to predict the best answers. Independent, third-party and agency consultants can help with everything from sourcing to staffing and all the logistics in between. They have relationships and tools that can complement your skillset—if you manage the relationship efficiently.?
We are bringing top consultants together to talk about how to structure a partnership that leverages everyone’s core competencies for the best post-event feedback of your life. You will learn:
  • How to find the right partner by asking the right questions.
  • The difference between independent planners, third-party planners and agencies.
  • Communication tips to keep everyone aligned.
