Jerry Vaughn is president and CEO of CEALS – Meetings and Incentive Programs which he founded in 1999. He has extensive experience in designing and conducting innovative incentive travel programs internationally and domestically in land resorts, cruise ships and dedicated event venues. His clients represent a variety of public and private companies and associations.
Jerry’s experience also includes a 28-year law enforcement career and having served as Executive Director of the International Association of Chiefs of Police where he oversaw an annual conference of over 17,000 participants from the United States and 137 countries around the globe and included the world’s largest exhibition of law enforcement equipment and technology. We also did six smaller regional international conferences and over 125 professional development programs annually. Jerry also served as the Executive Director of Public-School Employees of Washington where he oversaw an annual conference of 1800 participants and numerous regional meetings and professional development programs.
