In early July, the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) realized that holding its October flagship event at the San Antonio Convention center was not feasible. The team quickly adjusted to build a virtual event that met the organization’s goals while meeting its customary conference stakeholders’ needs. In the planning process, the team understood that the virtual conference had to look much different than the face-to-face conference they had already planned. The content, the networking, and the sponsorships all needed a redesign to meet their goals. Join this webinar to hear about the process MGMA used to produce compelling sponsorship offerings that drove significant virtual exhibit hall traffic and how it created a meaningful, fun, and engaging digital experience for its audience.
