Take your group to where the action is

Few destinations cater to such a wide range of group interests as Georgia. From its sports venues in Atlanta to its beautiful off-site opportunities in Savannah, there is much to see, do and taste when meeting in the Peach State.
Reasons Why Meeting Planners Love Georgia

- Parks and beaches. Savannah is home to an array of parks, beaches and grand scenery. A few worth visiting are Tybee’s Beaches, home to more than three miles of shoreline; Forsyth Park, which has 30 acres of flowers, beautiful scenery and Forsyth Park Fountain; and Savannah National Wildlife Refuge, which is full of marshes, rivers, dikes and wildlife across 31,000 acres.
- Sports history. Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium hosted eight FIFA World Cup 2026 matches, making it part of FIFA’s historical three-country World Cup. The Atlanta Braves’ history dates back to 1871, making them one of the oldest MLB franchises. Truist Park, where the Braves play, is situated between The Battery Atlanta restaurant and entertainment complex and an Omni hotel.
- House museums. Savannah puts on tours like no other, showing off a mix of history, architecture and luxury via elaborate homes once owned by the wealthy. Some of the highlights your group can visit include the Mercer Williams House, Green Meldrim House and Harper Fowlkes House, which was owned by Alida “Harper” Fowlkes, after whom The Alida was named.
- Only-in-Atlanta experiences. Atlanta is home to several one-of-a-kind venues and experiences. There are plenty of examples to point to, such as Center for Puppetry Arts, the largest museum dedicated to puppetry, and World of Coca-Cola, which is part museum and part tasting facility.
