Although the landscape of travel has changed, your well-being remains our highest priority. We want to assure you that we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation very closely and taking proactive steps to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff.

We are committed to upholding the highest quality of standards and have enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting procedures. Partnering with industry leading experts, CHLA & the CDC, Ecolab and Clorox, we’re enhancing cleanliness and using new protocols and service measures in order to provide you with the ultimate in hospitality and service in the same manner you have become accustomed to.

In our 30 year history, we’ve been known for our rigorous cleaning procedures, being named a AAA ‘Best of Housekeeping’ property for 2020. We continue to deep clean with hospital-grade disinfectants along with expanded COVID-19 protocols.

Front Desk/Reception:

  • Reduced contact at check-in, touchless transactions, front desk screens, sanitizer stations, sanitized key-cards, paperless check-out & plexiglass protection dividers.

Guest Room:

  • We utilize electrostatic technology to disinfect all guestrooms after guest depart and before the next guest arrives, paying particular attention to disinfect high touchpoints, including items switch panels, remote controls, faucets, doorknobs, etc.
  • Remote control disposable covers in each room to protect from germs and bacteria.
  • Reduction of in-room high-touch items, new laundry protocols

Public Spaces and Facilities:

Additional deep cleaning of high touch surfaces, social distancing, ‘last cleaned’ charts, best practices for pools, fitness centers and lounges

  • We have hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel forguests and staff.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning public spaces, including the front desk, the concierge desk, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, and room keys.

Food and Beverage

  • New standards and service approach to in room dining, restaurant dining with social distancing, and a new to-go menu with new touchless, curbside pick-up.

We are working closely to develop guidance and resources for hotel teams on returning to work and keeping you – our guests – safe in this new environment, which mayinclude:

  • Daily, non-invasive tempera ture checks for employees and guests.
  • Social Distancing will be enforced throughout the hotel with signage allowing safe distancing of at least 6 feet whenever possible.
  • Hotelier training and certification
  • Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes available in guest rooms and at high-touch points throughout the hotel
