Now that the San Jose Convention Center has been granted approval for a 125,000-square-foot expansion, Team San Jose is rethinking their sales strategy to support the soon-to-be-enlarged meeting area. The new strategy will be focusing more on the Midwest and the Eastern/Mid-Atlantic regions national corporate markets. The thought is that this refocusing will help to bring in larger groups to utilize the convention space.
