Winter Fantasy Meeting Package at 320 Guest Ranch

Big Sky, Montana… Planners looking for a unique and value-packed winter meeting experience to launch 2008 might wish to consider 320 Guest Ranch, located just outside Big Sky, Montana.  

The historic ranch has just announced its Winter Fantasy Package for the first quarter of 2008.  The winter package includes lodging, dining and meeting accommodations, as well as a day of skiing at Big Sky or Moonlight Basin -- No black out dates!

The Winter Fantasy Package is perfect for groups who enjoy adding an element of outdoor adventure to their meeting and teambuilding experiences. The package includes world-class skiing at Big Sky or Moonlight Basin, and also offers access to a variety of additional winter activities, such as snowmobiling and dog sledding, for an added amount.  Guests need only indicate winter activity preferences and the ranch will coordinate everything for them.  For specialized winter teambuilding programs, the ranch makes available the services of Team Rover Adventures www.teamrover.com, which can facilitate seasonal teambuilding programming.

The 320 Guest Ranch Winter Fantasy Package runs from January-March 30 and has no black out dates.  The package is for 20 or more meeting guests, and includes:

• Lodging in a modern log cabins (many with wood-burning fireplaces)
• Use of ranch’s conference center, including a roaring fireplace in the center
• Continental breakfast each day
• Coffee breaks, including S’mores and hot chocolate by the bonfire in the afternoon
  
• Luncheon buffet
• Dinner
• Sleigh ride behind Percheron draft horses with a stop at the warming tent for hot cider and snacks
• Ski lift tickets to Big Sky or Moonlight Basin (lunch included up on the mountain)

The package can be upgraded to include dog sledding, snowmobiling and a private dinner at the 320 Ranch Steak House.
