When a company or organization books and holds a meeting or group incentive over Extra Value Dates with 25 or more paid guestrooms at Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa before March 31, 2009, they may select two of the following options:

-    Complimentary internet access in paid guest rooms
-    One (1) comp guest room per 35 paid room nights
-    Complimentary morning or afternoon coffee break
-    Two (2) upgrades to suites at group rate

Terms & Conditions:

-    Offer valid on Extra Value Dates for meetings held at Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa by March 31, 2009.
-    Visit taketwo.hyatt.com for specific Extra Value Dates by Property.
-    Offer not valid at Hyatt Place or Hyatt Summerfield Suites.
-    Offer may not be combined with other promotional offers.
-    Offer valid for meetings consisting of at least 25 paid room nights and includes a choice of two of the following options; complimentary internet access in paid guest rooms, 1 complimentary guest room per 35 paid room nights, one complimentary morning or afternoon coffee break, or 2 upgrades to suites at group rate.
-    Suite upgrades are subject to availability.
-    Upgraded room accommodations may be available in lieu of suites.
-    Coffee breaks valid for up to $15 per person.
-    All inclusions are subject to service charges and gratuities and are void where prohibited.
-    Offer not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held meetings or any other promotion or offer.
-    Offer applies to all eligible bookings, including bookings by travel agents and other qualifying third parties at a commissionable rate.  (Qualifying planners who are Hyatt Gold Passport members may also be eligible for a Hyatt Meetings Dividends program bonus.)
-    Hyatt Meeting Dividends program bonus must be requested at the time of the booking.
-    Offer subject to availability of function space and guestrooms at time of booking.
-    Promotional blackout periods may apply due to seasonal periods or special events, and normal arrival/departure restrictions apply.
-    Hyatt reserves the right to alter or withdraw this program at any time without notice.
