Suitable for groups of up to 20 guests, Valemount is nestled in a secluded valley in the Cariboo Range.
Masterfully designed Valemount accommodates 20 guests in its 10 rooms, all with private bath. Its smaller size makes for more intimate groups in the mountains. We have hosted family reunions, business meetings, and all sorts of private groups at Valemount. Its staff of eight insures a high level of personal attention and interaction, and its four guides allow us to keep our hiking groups unusually varied and small. The only lodge we drive, rather than helicopter to, Valemount features plentiful peace and quiet, great food (and an open kitchen for easy communing with our affable chef ), an open, honour-system bar, a marvelous stone fireplace, an exercise/game room, in-house massage service, shop, sauna, and an outdoor whirlpool.
Valemount offers a fly-in option for private pilots, or for those who want to charter a plane in Calgary (or elsewhere) to enjoy the flexibility and time-saving of flying directly to the lodge’s nearby airstrip.
