The Island Hotel features 295 beautifully appointed guest rooms, including 63 Executive Suites and 20 more spacious Luxury Suites. All rooms offer a step-out balcony or furnished patio - many with commanding views of the Pacific Ocean and Newport Harbor.

Standard Rooms are located on the lower levels and include a comfortable sitting area and a king bed. Superior Rooms are situated on the middle levels with similar appointments, and feature views of the pool or gardens. Deluxe Rooms offer one king or two double beds, with views of the gardens, pool, Newport Back Bay or the city lights. Premier Rooms are located on the upper levels and offer one king or two double beds with panoramic coastline views.

From coveted corner positions, Executive Suites provide a secluded bedroom, separate living room and furnished balcony overlooking the pool or gardens. Deluxe Executive Suites feature views of Newport Back Bay or city lights, while Premier Executive Suites offer panoramic coastline or bay views from the upper floors.
