One-bedroom suites offer a spacious 840 square feet of living space and private lanais (patios).  The living room features a double sofa bed, full entertainment system including a DVD player and high-speed Internet access (Complimentary for Fairmont President's Club members).  The large marble bathroom contains twin pedestal sinks, deep soaking tub and walk-in shower.  A wet bar, microwave oven, coffee maker and compact refrigerator are also standard in all suites.

The 37 two and three-bedroom villas are just steps away from spectacular Polo Beach.  The two-bedroom villa is 1800 square feet and the three-bedroom villa embodies 2200 square feet.  In addition to providing all the amenities available in the suites, these two-story oceanfront retreats feature a private courtyard with plunge pool, deluxe barbeque grill, second bathroom, private washer and dryer, and a full kitchen.
