Rock Springs Conference Center is especially unique because our policy is to rent the entire ranch to only one group at a time. This exclusive use policy gives you the opportunity to create the mood and tone needed for your meeting, retreat, or training seminar. You have access to your meeting space whenever you wish, and the lodge is open for social time beyond meals and meetings. This exclusive use also guarantees the full attention of our professional conference service staff to ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. Our CMP (Complete Meeting Package) all-inclusive rate makes meeting budget planning a breeze.

The Center for Peak Performance at Rock Springs offers an ideal venue for outdoor experiential learning. Our high challenge course is unique in the industry, and our permanent low challenge course elements are extensive. Add these to hundreds of acres of both wooded and open pasture land, as well as our ponds, and you find unlimited opportunities to learn through experience.

For trainers bringing in their own programs, or working with companies, we offer support services you may not find at a location where the staff is less familiar with these training tools. Alternately, for companies who are looking for outdoor experiential training programs and not bringing in their own consultants, we offer facilitation for teambuilding, leadership, and change.

We are less than 10 minutes from Bend, in the equestrian community of Tumalo. With the Redmond/Bend airport (RDM) less than a half hour drive away, getting to Rock Springs Ranch and Conference Center is simple. Delta, United, and Alaskan offer multiple flights daily to Salt Lake City, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Portland.
