Adjoining the Palm Springs Convention Center is the 410-room Wyndham Hotel with more than 30,000 square feet of additional meeting space. Just a block away is the new $95 million Spa Resort Casino, a 228-room full-service resort with casino, spa and hotel amenities. 2,700 hotel rooms are located within walking distance of the Palm Springs Convention Center, as is downtown Palm Springs.  The Palm Springs International Airport is also nearby - only a mile away - and has direct jet service to major cities via Alaska, American, America West, Continental, Delta, Horizon and United.

 

Event Management

The Palm Springs Convention Center is proud to provide not only state-of-the-moment convention center facilities and services, but also the experienced Event Services staff required to execute them.

A member of our professional Event Services team works closely with the client throughout the entire event, from initial planning to final event recap. They are positioned to coordinate all necessary services and equipment, and to work as a liaison to our internal catering and audio-visual departments, and as a primary contact for outside suppliers, whether client-contracted, or contracted through the Convention Center. We recognize the key role Event Planners play in the planning and implementation of successful events at the Palm Springs Convention Center, and put all our resources at their disposal. Our goal is always to enable our customers to have an event that is successful, memorable, and enjoyable.
