The Resort

This resort presents a complete contrast to the desolate desert landscape and consists of an oasis 18-hole golf course (the world's lowest course at 214 feet below sea level), four restaurants, a saloon, a cocktail lounge, retail outlets, a Borax Museum, spring-fed swimming pools, tennis courts, horseback riding, horse-drawn carriage rides, a children's playground, massage therapy, a 3,000 foot airstrip, a service station and conference and banquet facilities for 10 - 120. Unusual outdoor settings and uniquely appointed meeting facilities . . . an unbeatable combination for unforgettable special events! Furnace Creek Inn & Ranch Resort offers a variety of remodeled meeting/banquet facilities to accommodate groups of small to moderate size. With five conference rooms totaling 4,000 square feet, the meeting facilities can accommodate up to 125 people. Conference and banquet rooms offer views of the Panamint and Funeral Mountains and the Marquez Room has two wood burning fireplaces. Additionally, the Inn can accommodate groups in both the Boardroom (permanently set for 10 people) and the remodeled Oasis Level, a unique conference area consisting of three rooms with walls embedded in borax and travertine rocks.

The Ranch offers two small meeting rooms, each capable of accommodating groups of up to 10 people in a park-like setting.

Given the temperate climate during the months of October through May, the Inn lends itself to special events such as executive retreats and small incentive programs. Offering a lush, outdoor setting, complete with gazebo, guests can enjoy the solitude of the Inn and the beauty of the outdoor landscaping. At the Ranch, an outdoor barbecue area is available for gatherings with a western flavor.
