California State University, East Bay's Oakland Center offers a variety of versatile room options that can accommodate up to 120 participants. Our friendly, trained staff is always available to assist with meeting your conferencing needs.


Conference Facility Features

All rooms include audio/video (AV) and Internet access on a high-speed T-1 line. In addition, our facilities offer:

  • An 11,000 square foot, ADA-compliant, state-of-the-art facility
  • Five (5) flexible-format meeting/class rooms
  • One (1) high-speed computer training lab with 21 top-of-the-line PCs
  • A 2,000 square foot multimedia-equipped conference room, including audio/video, wireless microphones and amplified sound
  • Polycom video conferencing on a dedicated T-1 line
  • Polycom teleconferencing equipment
  • Wireless laptops available for use in any room
  • Dedicated, onsite technical support staff
  • Safe, convenient location, easily accessible by car and public transportation, with nearby lodging and parking facilities
