Each Sunday, Brunch in Ellyngton's is an event to behold. We only use a few chaffing dishes as most hot food is prepared and cooked to order by one of our qualified chefs. Sundays: 10:00am - 2:00pm.

Lavish buffet tables feature our culinarians best cuisine, including artful and delicious offerings from the hotel's own bakery. Four tiers of brunch are offered to complement the experience: just brunch, Domaine Chandon, Moet et Chandon, and, of course, Dom Perignon. Sunday Brunch is so special at The Brown Palace, that an annual event, the Champagne Cascade, pays tribute to it each November.
