Radisson Signs Deal to Manage 772-Room Detroit-Area Hotel
Though experts doubted that another chain would pick up the Hyatt Regency Dearborn in suburban Detroit after Hyatt pulled its brand, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group proved them wrong. With a long-term management agreement in place, the 772-room hotel in Michigan will become the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Dearborn. A multimillion-dollar renovation will begin once the current management contract expires on Oct. 31.
