O’Hare Airport Unveils Plans for Revamped International Terminal
Currently, only 5% of the food and shopping in Chicago O’Hare International Airport’s international terminal is available to passengers who have passed through security, but that will change after a $26 million redevelopment. The Chicago Department of Aviation released details of the project, which includes a new food court, security checkpoint, lighting, signage and duty-free store. It will bring 15 new dining and retail brands to Terminal 5, which has not been remodeled since it opened in 1993. The project is scheduled for completion by fall of 2013. frequentbusinesstraveler.com
