Patrick S. Higgins was appointed convention sales director of Salt Lake Convention & Visitors Bureau. He was associate director of sales for the Palm Springs Desert Resorts CVA.

The Phoenician, a AAA Five-Diamond resort in Scottsdale (Ariz.), appointed Todd Raessler resort manager. He was resort manager of Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa in Chandler (Ariz.).

Michael Jokovich was appointed general manager of Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa. He was general manager of Hyatt Waikiki Resort & Spa.

Parc 55, a 1,000-room hotel in downtown San Francisco, promoted Stacey Edinger to director of sales and marketing. She was previously director of sales.

Rachel Benedick was promoted to associate vice president of convention sales for Denver Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau. She was previously director of convention center sales.

Marco Baumann was appointed general manager of Tulalip Resort Casino, opening in June a half hour north of Seattle. He was director of development for Bayview Retirement Community in Seattle.
