Fairmont Raffles Hotels International has appointed Thomas Storey president of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. He was previously the company’s executive vice president of development.

Neil J. Mullanaphy, CHME was appointed executive director of sales and marketing, a newly created position at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu. He was vice president of sales of GES Exposition Services, based in Las Vegas.

Sheraton Seattle Hotel promoted Shelby Howe to director of group sales. She was previously account director, in charge of four sales managers as well as the transient market.

John H. Richardson was named general manager of 320 Guest Ranch, an 87-room historic property near Big Sky, Mont. He was general manager of the Holiday Inn Fort Smith, in Fort Smith, Ark.

The Big Island Visitors Bureau appointed Debbie Hogan senior director of sales. She was director of sales of the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa on Oahu.

Steve Calcoa was appointed director of the UCLA Lake Arrowhead Conference Center and BRUIN WOODS Family Resort, in Lake Arrowhead, Calif. He was senior director of convention services and catering at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles.
