Laurie Armstrong was named vice president, marketing and communications for the San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau. She was previously vice president, public relations for the 1,800-member bureau.
Lisa DeCambra-Morrill was named director of sales and marketing for the iconic Royal Hawaiian hotel in Waikiki. She was director of product development, Hawaii luxury, at Classic Custom Vacations.
The Sante Fe Convention & Visitors Bureau named Keith Toler executive director. He was executive director of the Bucks County (Pa.) Conference and Visitors Bureau.
Paul Miller has joined the Sacramento Convention & Visitors Bureau as director of convention sales, where he will lead the convention sales team and focus on national associations in the Midwest. He was director of sales with the Nashville Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Sunriver Resort, a Destination Hotels & Resorts property in Sunriver, Ore., appointed Todd Wells director of corporate sales. He was director of national sales for The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs.
Desiree Everett was named convention sales manager for the Portland Oregon Visitors Association, where her focus will be the association market. She was a group sales manager for the Holiday Inn Portland.
