New York-based developer FX Real Estate and Entertainment recently revealed its intentions to create a massive casino resort on the nearly 18 acres of land it owns on the Las Vegas Strip. Located across from the MGM’s CityCenter, the development’s first phase is expected to include an Elvis-themed hotel casino and five-star nongaming hotel.
