Global Hyatt Corp. and Marathon Asset Management have come to the rescue of the Cosmopolitan hotel-casino project, agreeing to provide financial funding for the property’s continued development. Located on the Las Vegas Strip between Bellagio and the CityCenter project, the Cosmopolitan is scheduled to open by the end of 2009, and will feature two 52-story towers, approximately 3,000 guest rooms and condo units, and 150,000 sq. ft. of convention and conference space. cosmolv.com
