InterContinental Grows California Presence

In addition to the Scottsdale launch, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts has opened a new property in San Francisco and will soon be opening a new site in Monterey. The Intercontinental San Francisco launched in late February, and has 550 rooms and 43,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. The Clement Monterey, slated for a May opening, is located near the city’s famous aquarium and will have 208 guest rooms and 15,000 sq. ft. of event space. ichotelsgroup.com
