Meeting & Conference Facilities
We understand the needs and expectations of the professional meeting planner and are able to develop an exciting program for you. Our Montana Resort hotel is the perfect setting for group lodging, meetings, conferences and meetings from 25 to 300. Including our 3,600-square-foot Continental Divide Conference Center, Grouse Mountain Lodge provides 11,000 square feet of meeting & event space. Our outdoor pavilion has the natural advantages of a wooded setting and adjacent lawn, perfect for a Montana-themed event featuring local wildlife presentations. Our professional catering staff continually receives rave reviews from our Corporate & Incentive clients from all over the world.

The Continental Divide, with its 3,520 sq. ft., is our largest meeting room and can accommodate 300 people in a theatre-style setting or a 250-person banquet. There is also the 1,035 sq. ft. of pre-function space in the Continental Divide Foyer. It is connected to the lodge via a boardwalk that features flowering gardens in the summer. The room can be divided into two equal areas with an air wall, which makes it ideal for meeting “breakouts” or dining on one side and a corporate meeting on the other. With the Continental Divide’s elegant decor it can easily suit the business needs of our clients or appeal to requests for fine dining or a wedding reception.
The Glacier Room has 1372 sq. ft. of conference space; the room lends itself well to casual meetings or events. The total meeting space includes the Foyer and Glacier Deck overlooking the beautiful greens of the Whitefish Lake Golf Club. The Glacier Room air walls divide this space into two separate rooms: the North Glacier, South Glacier, and Glacier Foyer and Deck.
The Upper Glacier Room has 1200 sq. ft. of conference space and views of the Whitefish Lake Golf Club from the foyer. Wrought iron chandeliers and exposed beam cathedral ceilings add to the Montana atmosphere of this upstairs meeting space. The air wall divides this space into two equal meeting areas, the Nordic and Alpine rooms.
The Board Room is available for business meetings and is equipped with a fax machine, conference phone and Internet access. This room features a large boardroom table, seating for eight-perfect for ”Power Meetings”; add room service for an uninterrupted session.
The Card Room features comfortable barrel chairs for seating, perfect for Board meetings.
A wonderful extension of The Glacier room, The Deck provides outside dining in the summer months. Enjoy a meal or hold your business meeting while overlooking the 18th fairway of the Whitefish Lake Golf Course. An attractive overhead trellis and green canvas awning provides some shade while a large stone fire pit provides a casual gathering place and a little outdoor Montana intrigue. Seating for 50 available.
Our outdoor Pavilion has the natural advantages of a wooded setting and adjacent lawn, perfect for a Montana-themed event . The Pavilion is available mid April thru October and is equipped with heaters, lighting, PA system and windowed walls that can be rolled up or down to accommodate weather conditions.

Weddings, Receptions and Family Reunions
Grouse Mountain Lodge’s variety of event spaces, accommodations and amenities paired with the many offerings of beautiful Northwest Montana make it the perfect place to gather friends and family for any occasion. Our conference center, the Continental Divide, with its own entrance deck and foyer is popular year-round for wedding receptions, Christmas parties, and all types of large group receptions, parties and dinners. The Glacier Foyer & Deck, situated on the 18th fairway of the Whitefish Lake Golf Course, offers mountain views and beautiful sunrises and is an ideal place for anything from a group brunch to a cocktail reception or formal dinner. The Glacier Deck can accommodate parties up to 50 people for al fresco dining. Used with the adjoining Glacier room, this area can accommodate larger groups as well.
Our outdoor covered Pavilion is a venue in which parties up to 300 people can enjoy their event in the fresh Montana air. Equipped with windowed walls that can be raised or lowered, overhead heaters, lights and sound system, this 3,200 square foot structure offers all the comforts of indoors, outdoors! The Pavilion is particularly popular for wedding receptions and is available from April through October.
