From the colonial city of Mazatlan and on south to the resorts of Huatulco, between Los Cabos on the tip of Baja and the small city of La Paz to its north, Mexico has hundreds of miles of dramatic coastline. Its western shores are graced with sweeping beaches and the wildlife-rich waters of the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez, which meet off Cabo San Lucas.

Destination Description
Jalisco is a state that offers a rich, vibrant community. The state’s capital of Guadalajara is known as being an epicenter of art and festivities as well as the site of many of the state’s historical buildings. The Cathedral Palacio de Gobierno is located in the main square, and offers stunning architecture—it is not to miss if you find yourself in the area.
Outside the capital the state has many natural sites. The Lake Chapala, for example, is a great natural setting to enjoy hiking, horseback riding or golf.
