The Beverly Garland was built on land purchased from Gene Autry in 1972. Developer Filmore Crank built the property and and named it after his wife, actress and film star Beverly Garland. Today the hotel is privately owned by Beverly's children and managed by Marcus Hotels & Resorts as a Holiday Inn franchise. This property offers a glimpse of old Hollywood yet with a contemporary boutique style.
